28. Commitments

(a) Finance lease commitments

The Group has no commitments to future minimum lease payments under finance leases (2008 – £nil).

(b) Operating lease commitments

At the balance sheet date, the Group had outstanding commitments for future minimum lease payments under non-cancellable operating leases, which fall due as follows:
